Mazel tov! Her Hebrew name, with every vowel in place — for the day she becomes a bat mitzvah.

The UXV Bat Mitzvah Necklace is a personalized Hebrew name nameplate with nikud — the small vowel points under the letters that show exactly how her name is pronounced. Cut from one solid piece of sterling silver in a clean, modern Hebrew font and polished to a bright shine, it's a meaningful bat mitzvah gift she can wear from her celebration onward, and keep for a lifetime.

Real materials — never brass.

Built on a solid 925 sterling silver core. Choose sterling silver, or 14K gold vermeil — a thick layer of real 14K gold over that same sterling silver, not the cheap brass plating that turns skin green. Hypoallergenic and gentle on young, sensitive skin. (Solid 14K gold — coming soon.)

Choose your chain: Cable (delicate and classic), Figaro (Italian-inspired link), Box (sleek and sturdy), Curb (bold, flat links) or Paperclip (modern and trend-forward). Each chain has its own fixed price. For a 12-year-old, 16" is the most popular length (14" for a petite neck); see the chain and length guides in the photos.

How to personalize: Type her Hebrew name with nikud in the personalization box — copy and paste works. If you only know the English spelling, write it in English and add "please translate"; we'll set it in Hebrew with nikud and confirm the spelling with you by email before production. Want it without vowel points? Just write "no nikud".

Free Hebrew spelling check before we make it. After you order, we email you a free digital preview of her name in Hebrew letters, with nikud if chosen. Reply within 24 hours to approve it or request a change — if we don't hear back, we craft it exactly as shown in the preview so your delivery date stays on track.

Order in time for the simcha: Each piece is made to order in 1–3 business days and ships in 2–5 business days within the US. Order at least 2 weeks before the bat mitzvah to leave time for spelling confirmation, or choose Express shipping.

Made to order & gift-ready — handcrafted just for her, shipped from the USA, delivered in a UXV gift box. A cherished bat mitzvah gift from parents, grandparents, aunts and family friends — and a beautiful Hanukkah or birthday gift for any girl proud of her Hebrew name.

Shipping & returns: Processing 1–3 business days · Shipping 2–5 business days (US) · Free US shipping, no minimum · Express $30. Because each piece is personalized, items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective — and we'll always make it right.

Frequently asked questions

What is nikud?
Nikud are the dots and dashes written under (and sometimes above or inside) Hebrew letters to show the vowels. They make the name easy to read correctly — a lovely detail for a bat mitzvah, when many girls read from the Torah for the first time.

Can I order it without nikud?
Yes — write "no nikud" in the personalization box and we'll cut the letters only.

I don't read Hebrew. Can I still order?
Yes. Write her name in English with "please translate" — we'll set it in Hebrew with nikud and confirm the spelling with you before we make it.

What length is best for a bat mitzvah girl?
16" sits at the collarbone on most 12- and 13-year-olds; choose 14" for a petite neck or 18" if she prefers it a little longer.

When should I order?
At least 2 weeks before the bat mitzvah. Production takes 1–3 business days and US shipping 2–5 business days; Express shipping is available.

What is gold vermeil, and is it better than gold-plated?
Gold vermeil is a thick layer of real 14K gold over solid 925 sterling silver. Gold-plated jewelry usually has a much thinner layer over brass or other base metals, so vermeil lasts longer and is kinder to sensitive skin.

Will it tarnish?
Sterling silver and gold vermeil are made to last. Keep it away from perfume, chlorine and harsh chemicals, take it off before swimming, and store it dry.
